UV and light resins
UV/light curing adhesives and coatings are one component products, solventless, designed to cure extremely fast when exposed to UV or visible light.
- Epoxy, acrylate or urethane based
- Viscosities from 0,1 to 100 Pa.s
- Flexible or rigid
- Low moisture permeabilityand good resistance to aging
- Depending on the products : Optical clarity, Low outgassing, Low shrinkage, Low strain, Strong bond to glass, metal, ceramics and plastics, gap filling properties.....
You will have to choose between :
- UV curing only: NOA, OAD, 4M series
- UV or Visible curing : NOA72, NOA75, NOA76A, NOA78
- UV and/or heat curing : NEA serie
Applications :
- Electronics : Bonding of components, Glob Top, Encapsulation, Wire tacking, Crack filling, Conformal coating...
- Optics and optoelectronics: LCDs, Bonding of prisms and lens, Fiber optics, ...

Index matching liquid
IML150 is a low viscosity liquid monomer that can be used as an index matching liquid. This material does not harden and will always remain liquid.

Temporary bonding
NBA107 is a single component, UV curing adhesive used for temporary bonding of lenses to metal, glass or plastic polishing mounts. NBA 107 has the following advantages:
- Cure time in the 1 to 5 minute range under UV (365-380nm)
- Low shrinkage, Low strain
- Easy deblocking ( By heating, or immersion in a detergent and water preheated solution
